East London Textiles have been our partner for textiles and bric collection in the South East since 2014. Since the initial rollout we have received excellent service from Dawn and her team both in shops and centrally. Operational issues are dealt with in a timely way with transparency and professionalism, and regular service review meetings enable us to continually look for news ways to improve our ways of working.
Having a dedicated team that deal only with our partners means our service levels can take the highest of priority.
We believe that our service levels must reach the highest standards and we achieve this by working closely with our partners. We now service over 350 different partners, with over 1500 collection points weekly, working to manage the ever changing markets within the recycling sector. We are forward thinkers, open to new ideas and have the ability to adapt our service and products to meet the current needs of our partners.
As members of the CRA (Charity Retail Association), Hospice UK, TRA (Textiles Recycling Association) and FRSB (Fund Raising Standards Board) we believe this shows our commitment to supporting partners from the smallest local charity to councils & big national chains.
As the Charity increases the number of shops we operate across Essex and Hertfordshire, it’s vital for us to have confidence that our donations will be collected in an efficient and timely manner. We have always found ELT to be very helpful with ensuring that the collections are made as and when needed.
I have known the team at ELT for a number of years and have used their services with different Charities. I have always found them to be extremely professional, very reliable and transparent with their information and collection services.

We have worked with ELT for a number of years and have found the management friendly and helpful. They strive to provide a simple, reliable service to our shops. Their flexible approach means they can accommodate new requests, and find solutions to problems, even with short lead times.
