East London Textiles have been our partner for textiles and bric collection in the South East since 2014. Since the initial rollout we have received excellent service from Dawn and her team both in shops and centrally. Operational issues are dealt with in a timely way with transparency and professionalism, and regular service review meetings enable us to continually look for news ways to improve our ways of working.

We believe that our service levels must reach the highest standards and we achieve this by working closely with our charity partners. We now service over 200 different charities, working to manage the ever changing markets within the recycling sector. We are forward thinkers, open to new ideas and have the ability to adapt our service and products to meet the current needs of our partners.
As members of the CRA (Charity Retail Association), Hospice UK, TRA (Textiles Recycling Association) and FRSB (Fund Raising Standards Board) we believe this shows our commitment to supporting charities from the smallest local charity to the big national chains.
As the Charity increases the number of shops we operate across Essex and Hertfordshire, it’s vital for us to have confidence that our donations will be collected in an efficient and timely manner.
